Because...
...a team can see what you can’t see alone;
...possibilities multiply when you access different perspectives, expertise, and networks;
...sometimes you need to have your feet held to the fire or a hand to pick you up off the mat.
These are why leaders join LCI Cohorts.

None of us has everything needed for full realization of our potential. Different people have different skills, different gifts, different insights, and different experiences. By accessing each others’ assets, we catapult our growth, leverage our strengths, and fill in our gaps.
Productive Partnership
Going it alone is never a wise option, but neither is getting weighed down by go-nowhere teams. Productive partnership is key – where the whole is far greater than the sum of its parts, and where extraordinary growth takes place alongside exceptional contribution.
LCI Cohorts open pathways for growth as participants Listen, Connect, and Imagine together:
Listen. Cohorts create extraordinary listening environments that reveal your most powerful assets, the realities of your environment, and the your unique story that points the way ahead. |
 |
Connect. The combined expertise and creativity of your cohort will unearth and clarify assets to meet your obstacles and opportunities by connecting strength to strength to produce innovate and real strategies. |
Imagine. Through focused, strategic collaboration, cohort members will grow with their business, and this greater health and effectiveness will produce surprising and expansive new benefits and opportunities. |
Types of LCI Cohorts

Targeted Teams
Moving from a mandate to a roadmap is critical, but often difficult for teams. As part of an LCI Cohort you will clarify the story of your challenge, connect and align assets for reliable navigation, and survey the realities of the environment around you. You'll develop a working culture as you move ahead reinforcing shared identity and serving continual alignment, while impacting the path of the whole organization.

Individuals in Transition
Moving confidently in a new direction requires a strong sense of purpose and identity. LCI Cohorts designed for individuals in transition unleash your latent potential, locate the assets you never knew you had, and blaze a trail forward that aligns and unlocks your truest purpose.

Environment and Process
We manage the environment and process of LCI Cohorts in order to optimize the outcome and contribution of each participant. We facilitate the work of Listen, Connect, Imagine so participants can focus on the experience and results. Utilizing FlockEffect principles, our cohorts are safe, open, and productive, allowing for creativity and work that resonates across relationships and into your business. Our specially designed resources maximize progress and equip you with tools you can apply with your business team as it grows.
We start with the right cohort composition. Cohorts are strongest with 5-6 participants in order to ensure robust representation of perspectives and experiences, as well as effective group process. Additionally, a balance of commonality and diversity produces enough similarity for participants to relate to one another but enough difference that they will stretch each other.

Commitments
LCI Cohort participants are asked to fully participate, but never dominate. Each member maximizes the experience of everyone by being prepared for sessions, sharing openly, respecting others’ contribution, and honoring confidentiality. As you adhere to these simple commitments, we expect that you will be amazed at what you get out of your cohort experience…and what it will draw out of you.
We value the time of busy leaders, so the total time commitment for cohort work is limited to 1-3 hours pre-session work and 3-6 hours of meetings per month (depending on group dynamics and preparedness). Cohorts are encouraged to self-manage their time and make meetings as comprehensive or concise as they need. Frequency of LCI Cohort meetings can be designed to suit, but we typically recommend a four-week cycle:

Join an LCI Cohort
LCI Cohorts are targeted to consist of six members. We welcome you to indicate interest in joining one arranged by MuddyHudson, or to bring a group with which you are already comfortable.
Many considerations go into group formation and effective cohort function. We ask you to fill out the brief application so that we can properly acquaint ourselves with your situation while ensuring that the cohort you join is one that makes sense for you.
LCI Cohorts are built on the ICAAN performance framework which enhances the Source, Spin, and Drive motions of 3D Enterprise Development. You will uncover the Source of your greatest strengths, draw in assets that establish a steadying Spin, and Drive your enterprise forward in pursuit of its mission. This occurs as participants reciprocally and efficiently offer Inspiration, Capacity building, Accountability, Alignment, and Nurturing (ICAAN).
As a group of focused participants Listen, Connect, and Imagine together as part of a well-managed environment and process, amazing things rise up and accelarate forward. |
